3. Paperwork: At this stage we provide you list of all documents required from your side as per visa requirement. You submit documents to us and we submit paperwork with case details to department of immigration
4. Decision: Department take decision to grant visa to you . If visa is granted to you then you take your travel document to nearest Department office to get your visa stamped.

This is most common procedure, but it may vary from country to country as well as your presence in Australia.
